REF.1125 - Lundis Bleus

Ref.1125

Since its creation in 2016, Lundis Bleus has had 3 models in its collection. The Ref.1100, the Ref.1110 and finally the current Ref.1120. Those 3 models were very similar, with the movement used in them being the difference. Today, only the Ref.1120 is still available.

At the time of writing - September 2024 - I am thrilled to unveil a new model ! This is the Ref.1125.

I designed this new model to be a high end evolution of the Ref.1120. For that, I gathered my skills as a watchmaker, a designer, an enamelist and an entrepreneur. The Ref.1125 is an important new chapter in the history of the brand. It will allow Lundis Bleus to widen and strengthen its distinct place within the "contemporary independent watchmaking" scene.

To begin this chapter, I created 2 limited editions of 5 pieces each: the Ref.1125 "La Fée Verte" and the Ref.1125 "La Bleue". Their names are referring to some famous absinthe liquors that were born not so far from where Lundis Bleus is based.

Using "liquor-themed" names is obviously not a meaningless choice, given the history, logo and name of Lundis Bleus ! See here if you don't know about Lundis Bleus' name: What's in the name.

For "La Fée Verte", I chose an intense and expressive pattern. For "La Bleue", it's a delicate and somehow psychedelic one. Both are handmade by a master "guillocheur", using old rose engine lathes. But why such patterns? I wanted them to be a nod to the way one can see the world by drinking too much of green or blue absinthe ! Those watches are intoxicating for sure, but completely harmless at the same time ! 🙂

CASE

Ø40.00mm x 11.30mm. Stainless steel. Box-type, double sided AR coating on the main crystal (dial side). Flat sapphire crystal on the back. Waterproofness of 3 bar (30m).

STRAP & BUCKLE

Bovine leather, width 19/17mm, length 115x75mm. Curved spring bars. Pin buckle in stainless steel, width 17mm. Custom leather straps available on request (type of leather type, colors, lining, stitching, lengths).

DIAL

Opening Ø32.20mm. Solid white gold 750/1000. "Grand feu" enamel with hand guilloché pattern. Logo and minute track by pad printing, silver colored ink.

HANDS

"Barrette" type. Hand bevelled. Bead blasted surface with polished bevels.

PRICE

Both the Ref.1125 "La Fée Verte" and Ref.1125 "La Bleue" cost CHF15'800.00 - Swiss Francs, excl. taxes.

The price of custom or unique pieces will be defined based on each project.

LEAD TIME

The deliveries of the 2 limited edition will start by the end of December 2024 and then continue in January and February 2025. For custom or unique pieces, the lead time will be confirmed based on the project.

The movement of the Ref.1125

Developed and produced by Le Temps Manufacture (LTM), the movement used for the Ref.1125 is the caliber LTM5000, a slightly customized hand-wound movement with the following specifications:
