Our warranty and customer returns
Having drawn, designed, assembled and inspected our products, we are certain of their quality.
We therefore offer all of our clients a 5-year Warranty, starting on the date of purchase of the product, against all problems related to the manufacturing of our products. This warranty covers the replacement of watch parts and the work it implies. As our client, you have a 14-day (from de date of delivery) retraction right on all the products purchased on our online store (lundis-bleus.com). We believe it won't be the case, as we hope your Lundis Bleus product will give you great satisfaction during many years to come.
If you do decide to send us back your product, no justification will be asked of you. Just let us know by email at the address firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will respond with details on how to return the product. We would, however, be very happy to have your feedback in order to know your reasons for returning your product – it will be a great help in knowing how we can improve our offer and service! Please note that we will not take in charge the costs of the return. We recommend you have postal insurance on your package, and choose a service that allows you to follow the delivery status. Until your package has arrived at our workshop, it remains in your responsibility.
